ScoutingWave was founded by a high school student and licensed soccer referee in San Diego who saw firsthand how broken the recruiting process was. Athletes with real talent were being overlooked because they couldn't afford a recruiting service or didn't know how to get in front of the right coaches. So he built the platform he wished existed - AI-powered, affordable, and built around the athlete.
